Merri-bek City Council Food Services

Nutritional Booklet Redesign I collaborated with Merri-bek City Council Food Services to design their 99-page Winter Menu Nutritional Information Booklet, which detailed four weeks of meal options for their clients. I used the Foodworks Online app to gather and categorize nutritional data for each recipe in Excel, developing consistent and clean layout concepts for each menu category. Initially designed for full-color printing, I had to adapt the booklet to meet in-house printing limitations, resulting in a color cover with the interior pages in black and white. Despite these constraints, the final design received enthusiastic feedback and was celebrated as a success by both the department and council management.
